A few things we don’t cover
- Foreseeable or predicted medical events
- Cosmetic, elective or non‐justifiable events
- Obesity and behavioural conditions
- Infertility, breeding, mating and pregnancy costs
- Costs incurred due to the negligence of your pet’s medical needs or health
- Conditions that arise due to non‐vaccination as recommended by your vet
- Costs relating to abuse to your pet by yourself, your family members or staff ‐ We don’t stand for animal abuse! We love our pets and treat them with respect, and so should you.
- Immunotherapy or cell replacement therapy
- Any excluded conditions as outlined in your policy wording
