The great thing about our tech-savvy Oneplan app is that our paperless claims process is simple, easy to use, and efficient.
Here’s how to process your vet bills through the Oneplan app:
If you don’t already have our app downloaded on your phone, then simply search for the Oneplan App on Google Play or Apple App Store and download it.
- Log in with your policy number as your username and password
- If you don’t have a password, click on Forgot Password and one will be sent to you, or follow the registration process.
- Select “Load Claim” on the home page
- Once you’ve selected load claim, select the benefit you want to claim for.
- Get paid and get swiping
- Swipe and pay at your vet as you would with a debit card. NO FEES. Just make sure you have your PIN handy.

Use the Oneplan App for more than just claims!
In case you have forgotten your card’s PIN number (don’t worry, it happens to the best of us), follow these steps:
How to reset your Oneplan Claim Card PIN:
- Open the Oneplan app on your smartphone and log in
- Select reset PIN
- Select “My Cards”
- An SMS will be sent to your mobile with your new Oneplan Claim Card PIN Number
- Select the card number you wish to reset
- Keep it safe. You may immediately use your new PIN
